Welcome
fellow nomads,
wandering the vast spaces of the net.
Like me, you are probably wondering how to move through this ever-shifting, ever-changing world, and how to navigate these times of great transition.
For some time now, I’ve felt as though I were entering a Bardo - an in-between space I thought would carry me to the far shore of a threshold. But instead, it goes on and on and on…
It seems as if many of us, especially in the Middle East, have leapt, or been pushed, from a cliff that once felt steady beneath our feet, however edgy, into a dimension of rapid dissolving, almost kaleidoscopic, yet filled with haunting patterns of destruction and disintegration.
Through a long period of deep grief and profound confusion, I had to slow down, observe, and listen deeply as the components of the old structures separate from one another. I began exploring this tectonic rupture and started to see each fragment as a distinct module now available for reassembly, knowing it can be re-membered in many ways, only to be separated again.
Perhaps what is being revealed is the constant becoming of our world, and our constant becoming within it.
This prolonged in-between state has made me appreciate the cracks and the light that shines through them; rays from another dimension that is both beyond us and, at the same time, the very substance that connects these oscillating fields.
May this rupture bring emancipation.
May the sense of exile become a love of the journey.
May we travel a while together.
This is my new virtual home. You are warmly welcome to rest here with me and with other fellow pilgrims.
Sarit Maor
I was born in Israel in 1971 to a Latvian-born mother and an Iraqi-born father.
In my adult life, I devoted myself to two worlds. The first was filmmaking, which introduced me to the power of creative energy—sometimes overwhelming in its intensity. The second was Kundalini Yoga, which taught me how to work with the somatic expression of that energy and set me on a devoted path of practice and teaching.
Disintegration & Integration Loops
Disintegration and integration are the natural and integral parts of the processes that we call Life, Death, and Evolution.
Awareness to the simultaneous disintegration of an old form/state and the integration of a new one, is one of the big challenges of the liminal Bardo, threshold space.

RaMaDaSa ReMeDy
A website introducing 22 practices supporting healing through meditating, chanting and breathing with a mantra of eight sounds.
Behind these practices lies an ancient story, one that tells how sound and rhythm awakened as carriers of wisdom and transformation. Rooted in early Vedic tradition, this myth tells of the first shaping of mantra and metre, and of a sacred flight that drew a hidden nectar down from the heavens into human life.
